I'd also like to know how saying SISU have failed is being up Fisher's backside.

If that is, God help his enemies!

Surely it's not that complicated.
For the club to be for sale the club has to be in administration and Mr Haskell has to speak to the Asministrator.
In order to buy half of ACL Mr Haskell has to talk to the Higgs charity.

Not sure where this why doesn't ACL talk to SISU thing fits in?

If Mr Haskell get CCFC but not half of ACL ( not likely)
He takes over the administrators role and talks to ACL.

If SISU buy the club they need an agreement with ACL too, so why won't ACL speak to them on that basis? In fact as the major creditors it's in SISU's interests for a deal to be done, so why wouldn't ACL extend the same courtesy to an organisation that has a vested interest in the club, that they have extended to someone who has not.

That is my point, that I don't like politics being played with my football club.

Anyway, I'll shut up now until I can listen again on iplayer

FL require the club have a place to play for at least the next 10 years. That is the crucial point.
ACL won't negotiate with sisu, they want PH4 to replace sisu.
Sisu want to move away for a while and build a new stadium.
PH4 has tabled a bid for half the ACL and will thereby secure the lease and a venue to play at for at least the next 10 years.

It looks like ACL/PH4 hold the upper hand.

Will be interesting to hear what Appelton recommend.

might it not have occurred to you that ACL have had many talks in the past with sisu including having drawn up a terms of agreement of 50% of ownership for sisu , only for sisu not to take it any further.

Also Might ACL be a little reluctant to deal with a company that owed them £1.3 million in rent then went into admin to avoid paying? Why would they be 'fair' to sisu?

You make it sound like Sisu have not been given the opportunity during their how many years tenure ?

The most important part of JE's comment was:
“Sisu are the biggest creditor so we fully appreciate that Sisu could buy Limited.”

I fully expect SISU to re-purchase Ltd without spending a penny, simply by converting some or all of their secured debt into equity. I would be surprised if PHIV has bid enough to pay off SISU's secured debt, which is what would be needed for PHIV to obtain control of Ltd. There may be some prospect of SISU throwing in the towel if the FL do not agree to a move or if they require SISU to pay a bond for a temporary move. However, there has not been much sign so far of SISU giving up or the FL growing a backbone.

Sorry to p!$$ on everyone's chips.

From ACL perspective - how many times would you let SISU talk about deals with you only to find they are deliberately trying to force you out of business? And then would you afford them a chance to buy-in at what is likely now to be at a knock down price?
The ACL representatives have maybe reached a point where they simply will not deal with SISUs.

My point is ACL have said they will only speak to the administrator in dealings about the football club.

This is patently untrue, if they will speak to someone not connected with the football club.

I don't want them putting the failures of the past back at the club anymore then I want the failures of the present there. It's not their place to do so and if they won't extend the same and the club moves out of the city, they had the chance to stop it if they stopped playing silly buggers as much as SISU had.

He gets respect for being straight there, but Rotherham had to pay a bond so I'd expect the same for us.

on CWR now, creditors report submitted by administrators only creditors can view it, administrator will not talk live on radio, no comment on bid, will not be drawn on which part of the club has golden share in it cwr rang fisher, ACL, no comment form fisher apart from club not for sale, ACL will speak to radio after reading report. appleton talking to the sbt later. Creditors can make report public if they want to.

CWR. will be on iplayer later hopefully

Hope this helps people that cant listen to the radio

So essentially, nothing is going to be revealed today after all? We should have had the date of 21st May circled in our diaries rather than the 16th!

Yes, that I'm a city fan that signed up to this board recently because what I really want is snide assumptions I was employed by an investment fund.

Wish I was, I might earn more then.

Totally agree. We rushed in with SISU, and look how that's worked out. The more people who are interested in bidding for us the better, right?

And I presume that PH4 will have to be checked out to ensure he does actually have the money. I know he probably has, but due diligence and all that.

Yup!

The more people who bid for us, the less chance we get shafted from 'the only option' too.

The picture appears to be that any voice not toeing the line completely is a secret SISU ninja or somehow not a real supporter. It's a very paranoid picture that helps nobody.

What if SISU did get someone to register and talk them up (which he's not actually doing, but let's ignore that vital nugget for now) - you'd just have people calling the person a dickhead and a bumlicker anyway, so there would be literally no point to it.
