The Judicial Review is examining only one part of this issue. So not everything will be out in the open.

It is only asking if the Council acted within their power. It will pass comment on the actions of everyone that led up to the decision, but only by saying if the councils actions were justified within the context, and the law. It can only find for or against the Council.

Sisu are happy with the JR because the focus is on the Council, and the actions the Council took. I don't suppose they would be that happy with a select committee, where all the participants are looked at.

The Derbyshire Principle makes it highly unlikely the Council would take legal action against anyone.

A poster on here threatened it not long ago.

I was rather looking forward to it. Would have loved the bit when I was accused of bullying and harassment of an innocent victim who had previously posted that I should have the shit kicked out of me.

I doubt the courts would be interested in some of the petty squabbles that occur on here.

An internet troll got trolled and a few other trolls pretended to be outraged on his behalf.

No trolls were hurt during the making of this non-event, but one did foam at the mouth a bit, soil his underpants and delete the history of a few dubious internet sites that he frequents.

My guess is that when the deadly duo invited me and torch to the casino some posters complained this was an attempt at provocation.

They need to grow up. I rarely use the c word. I called it one poster and there was a plethora of moral outrage yet I've been called it many, many times.

They just need to grow up. They are clearly best mates and their attempt at a repertoire is somewhat boring. If they were good at it i would find it fun but they are pretty shit and dull really.
