Payment Protection Insurance Scam (1 Viewer)

Just a heads up ....

Several people I know have received unsolicited calls regarding refunds of payment protection insurance. They promise to get you a refund of £1000 etc but need all your details. My daughter even got a call promising £1500 and when asked if she had any loans said yes a student loan to which the caller wanted to know who that was with and the insurance paid on it !!!! Clearly no idea about student loans! She told him to go away but i dont think that she was quite as polite as that

So if you get a call promising a refund it is almost certainly a SCAM............ DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL DETAILS!!!
