Received a reply from Paul Appleton's spokesman on his behalf when I emailed him a copy of Timmy's admissions that Players contracts were in CCFC Ltd after all !

Mr Appleton said he could not comment as Timmy was a Director of Otium and he wasn't responsible for Timmy's admissions.

I replied pointing out that Timmy is a Director of Coventry City FC Ltd AND Coventry City Football Club (Holdings ) Limited and that he was ducking the question !!!

Perhaps you should find out which Judge is hearing the administration/liquidation case and e-mail him/her. If one has not reserved it to themselves then send to the Court admin for inclusion in the court papers that a Judge would see. Enclose Appleton's responses, either from him directly or his spokesperson.

In any event, I would expect ACL's legal eagles (2 turkeys? :thinking about: Nah) to be putting forward pertinent points along these lines, and other issues that we may not be privy to.

That is quite an interesting one. Maybe TF ought to be stating before every sentence exactly which company he is speaking on behalf of????

I disagree it's fitting for how seriously he should be taken.

it amazes me that after all this, appleton still tried to wriggle out of giving a clear answer / or do his job! who monitors the performances of these robbing sharks!! i wouldnt trust any of these companies to find their way to the toilet.. how they get away with charging what they do is beyond me

We could call him Timothy and if he gets fruity with his words we can shout at him "language, Timothy"
