Then there are the not signed-off, not publicly available accounts. Can they be altered and re-jigged to suit the desired case the owners wish to present? Maybe the FL have had & approved paperwork to say the player contracts etc were being transferred in that year's accounts in order to tidy things up for the process...since Otium are the preferred bidder. That would make it all present & correct & acceptable & once it's done - its dusted!

guess it depends whether ACL have the heart/cash and legal belief for the fight...if the alternative is no CCFC at the Ricoh then really they may have no choice. They could of course extend the free offer for one season to Otium to allow for further discussions on income streams and Ricoh ownership but I just can't see the ego's on either side stepping aside to let that happen.

Actually the administrator's report confirms that CCFC Ltd turned over more than £10m in the year ending 31 May 2012.
Given accounts for 2011 were signed off in June 2012 and no post balance sheet events were disclosed ACL's statement is correct up until June 2012.
It should also be stated that removing assets from a company prior to an administration could be illegal if it was to the detriment of creditors.
As CCFC Ltd had lost most of its assets by the time of the administration you can draw you own conclusions as to what happened during the year prior.
Are SISU "fit and proper" to run a football club? I don't think so. The conduct of their directors and shadow director (JS) need to be properly investigated.
