The question remains as to whether David Rubin & Partners namely Paul Appleton had any previous links with any member of SISU? If you consider Adam Bradley of Taylor Vinters and a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, is also on the Board of Otium, Holdings and Prozone, remember SISU and Prozone? With a little research you can certainly see connections between David Rubin and Partners and Taylor Vinters as both fish in the same waters, NOW THE QUESTION remains did these two parties know each other before they were appointed as Arvo's Joint Administrator? If so they certainly never declared it!!! Has this influenced any decision to date?
