Devastating news, but liquidation means intensive investigations! Time the fans know who their hard earned money goes too!
CCFC fans have been treated in the most shocking manner for too long!
Football League have a lot to answer for!
Their silence is deafening!
Give Coventry it's club back!!!

ACL must have their reasons for not signing, but more importantly, a plan?

The football league want a quiet life. They will simply hand the golden share to sisu and allow groundshare so cov can fulfill fixtures. That is ther priority.

Some idiots like TSB spout how ell SISU are "Playing" I think ACL have just played a fooking blinder by opposing the CVA. Let's see what shit can be dragged up now. IMHO don't think it will be Appleton doing the digging either.

Just thinking out loud. Could ACL take on the league now through the courts. Sisu threatened them so what if ACL do the same but on the fans behalf for not implementing their own rules.

These investigations, what exactly gets investigated in this situation. Does appleton's role in this get investigated, and if so how can he investigate himself, does he need a mirror on the bathroom floor.
P.S can i stop saying investigate now.

Sorry, I see no cause for optimism in relation to investigations being carried out, this is the type of thing SISU excel at, and any investigation into the club will merely lead to fingers being pointed at the previous regime, then along with the judicial review this will see fingers pointed at the council.

May as well not bother! All he'll do is procrastinate whilst racking up significant fees rather than telling us where the bodies are really buried.

Not sure why people are so uptight about the liquidation of CCFC ltd a company that it has been admitted had nothing of value in it. If ACL had signed the VCA then CCFC ltd would have returned to SISU, who could have liquidated it anyway , or just left it a shell company. Presently the football club is CCFC Holdings, owned and controlled by SISU unfortunately.

Look at it another way, if SISU had something terrible to hide they'd be offering a CVA acceptable to the other parties.

Wouldn't they?

That depends on whether sisu believed that ACL would turn down 500 k or not. It could have been a big gamble with what was seen to be very little risk. Who knows with sisu, they have no morals.
