Any idea best places to park at Wednesday? Last year booked at a school but sold out . Will have young kids with us so the closer the better ideally.

Parked at Meadowhall and got the tram direct with our family. Easy as tram stop 5 mins from stadium away end. Sheff Wed fans were sound on the tram too, good chat.

The tram can get lairy. It depends entirely on who happens to be on it. You can also wait quite a while for one on the way back. If you've got young kids then parking locally may be better.

Buy a return ticket and you go to the front of the queue

Free onstreet parking in the roads on the other side of the park, 10 mins walk down to the ground.

Use JustPark or YourParkingSpace. On Saturday we're parked in a Morrisons. Cost £4.49.
Just booked Wrexham parking too. That was £2.69.

My sons mate lives on Dixon Rd but any near there Dorothy Rd, Garry Rd, then walk down the hill across the main rd and across the park to the away end on Leppings Lane

That's outrageous!

I don't think there are any others within 15 minutes walk, so I assume it has to be the Morrisons with entrances on Penistone Road and Langsett Road?

That carpark has no cameras and no signs warning of time limits or other parking restrictions. I've often left the car there for 4 or 5 hours and never had a problem (or heard of anyone else having a problem).

I'm also pretty certain there are no reserved/allocated spaces in the carpark, meaning there's no way that Just Park can guarantee you a space (although it's a big carpark on two levels so I don't think you'll have a problem finding a space).

Out of interest, whereabouts in the carpark have they told you to park?
