There is a surprise. On the CET too. CCFC in player sale shocker. Loads of shit about incoming players that never arrive.

I was quite looking forward to the thought of him and McDonald up front too!

Apparently Parkin was on about 9k at Cardiff, fair play if we wanted to cut it down to 4 or 5. I wouldn't go either!

i've got to agree with you there, that was Dave Jones fault for putting players on stupid wages. tbh i'm hoping this doesn't affect the Ben Turner deal.

Nick,

Apparently it wasnt the wages that caused the deal to fall thorugh, apparently we wouldnt also cover his all you can eat Ginsters contract that Cardiff had him on as well.

It would have cost us millions!!!

I'm half expecting the Cody McDonald deal to fall through as well but I expect Turner, Juke and Clingan to leave

To be fair he did say he wanted to stay at Cardiff on twitter, gutted though would have brought pure strength upfront

On the bright side maybe we pulled the plug on the deal because Juke is staying?

As long as Cody is coming in, I'd be quite pleased.

Good, he is average at best, obviously didnt want to move, had nothing really to prove so why would we want to buy him?

Maybe we were waiting to see if McDonald signed first?

That woulda been two big fellas up front, not ideal with the football we play. I think Cody - Juke will be nice, with Eastwood rotating in now and again.

He's not allowed to do his running anymore remember! He's been told to do all his work in the box now in training

Even if we did get parkin it was a bad deal, parkin has about 2 decent seasons at best turner could have about 10, not good building for the future

id love it to affect the deal! dont wana sell our best player for less than a million to any1!!

fabulous news about parkin not coming tho, he truly is shit and would have been a complete waste of wages.

i cant believe how bad we have become when ppl are actually moaning cos we havent signed a donkey that is worse than kevin kyle!!

fucking depressing.

I'm not bothered that parkin's not coming, just hope McDonald goes through and Juke and Clingan stay. But to sell Ben Turner for such a pittance just shows how little our board know about football.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Our board don't have a clue about football. They'll sell Juke regardless.

Parkin's deal fell through because he failed his medical...I'd be worried if I was a Cardiff fan...9K a week for a crocked player (God we have had a few of those).:thinking about:

In regard to Turners move for an alleged 750k, There will be add on's but when you consider how long he has been out injured and to be fair after 1/2 a season of quality play in the Championship, it's OK not great but depending on the add ons OK!!

STILL NEED A MINIMUM OF A STRIKER AND MIDFIELDER IN THO'
