Looking at the table they are 9 points behind qualification if they won their case Sunderland and Doncaster would be liable to take action if we did the same

There will likely be an extra 2 Europa league places allocated to teams finishing 5th and 6th as the French Cup competitions won't be completed. So Lyon, Montpellier and Monaco will miss out by 1 point Although Lyon have a far superior goal difference.
