As usual I only get to see the BBC web updates so cannot comment on the play if only I could get some radio commentary - I feel so isolated. However I am as gutted as ever especially when the score was 1-0 on 89mins, then - well everyone knows the result. 1968 was the last time we lost the first two matches of the league season (apparently - slightly before my time). I just hope the younger players are able to hang in there... somehow.

Cant bollock the kids. That would only make them feel worse. Something has to be done tho as defeat after defeat will only damage them and there careers be it with cov or anywhere else.

our goal was a gimme but I'd have taken that to get us 3 pts. Their equalizer was decent but the winner. Not going to be too hard on the keeper but thats the margins that Westy gave us. He would have gobbled that up

I don't get why AT didn't bring McPake on and sure us up at the back a little bit with the pressure? Even just for the last few minutes If people listening on the radio were saying we would still lose while we were 1-0 up then why couldn't AT see that?

Yes by all means praise the kids but with each defeat there heads will drop. That could set them back a long time and if we keep having to rely on them (which i expect we will have to) then times are going to get tougher. Its not fair to them. You bring kids on when your 4 or 5 nil up to give them a taste of winning, not losing week after week.

Am I the only one eagerly anticipating the return of Eastwood? A couple of weeks ago I would have had him first in the exit to leave, but I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. If Eastwood can get his nut down and get a sweat on, he could be huge for us if he can improve his consitency. We have been missing his vision and creativity in the first couple of games. Does anyone know how long he is injured for?
The sooner players like Deegan, Eastwood and Turner return the better for us and the sooner we can start picking up points.
Also I can see AT changing to a 4-3-3 formation on Saturday with Mcsheffery (if fit) and ROD flanking Juke. Then a midfield 3 of Clingan, Gael and Baker.

If we're gonna protest without resorting to rioting or violence, stay away from the ground. A practically empty ground would surely accelerate SISU's departure. They'll probably sell off any saleable asset, but surely that's better than the slow lingering death we are going through.

As unhappy as I am currently, I wouldnt miss the football for SISU. This is one way to help damage the players confidence, playing in an empty stadium.

No matter what us fans think is right, I simply cannot see SISU budging. I want them out as much as the next person, but I really do not know what its goin to take.

Anyone know where the SISU / Hoff and co meeting is being held??

The squad we've got ain't good enough to keep us up. It would be harsh on the players i know, particularly the youngsters, but we've got to force SISU's hand and i think it would be better to do so sooner rather than later. It's the devil & the deep blue sea conundrum i'm afraid.

Look we won 1-0 in 90 minutes so lets not get too down beat.
It was a good grafting performance and they did not deserve that.
Football at times can be cruel. I hope AT told them so in the dressing room and just keep doing what they are doing and it will turn around.
We do have a decent squad remaining even with the youngsters, who by the way are very good. Injuries aside we will be OK but of course some help from SISU to strengthen up front and the midfield would be a great idea.
I hope the temptation to ask Carsley to wash his boots down is resisted. Lets not press any panic buttons just yet.

The KIDS played well tonight.....and can hold their heads up............very unlucky not to win.
Actually, considering the club and its predicament, that was as good a performance I've seen from a Cov team for a couple of years.
