Absolute shambles. After the new manager bounce wore off we've seen some pretty poor performances.

Think we need to start looking at who to bring in as Venus doesn't seem to be the solution and if he's not I'd like the incoming manager in a few weeks before the window opens so he's not doing everything in a last minute panic.
