Rushworth 3
MVE 5
Thomas 5
Kitching 6
Dasilva 6
Grimes 6
Torp 7
Rudoni 7
EMC 5
Wright 6
BTA 6

Not far off where I’d be. I’d probably give Rushworth a 4; initial free kick save okay, but wall positioning is somewhat his responsibility.

And I thought BTA was about worthy of a 7.

Time to question the goalkeeping coach yet again. New player turns up looks really good and within 2 months he hasn’t got a clue. That’s 4 on the trot now how he keeps his job is beyond me.

Moore had personal problems; Wilson improved massively; Collins was not good enough to begin with; Dovin was improving; Rushworth has hardly had time to coach.

Largely agree. 5/6/7. I think we do have a problem with our mobility in midfield later on in games. Both full backs continually shaky if we’re not attacking. Rudoni stood out.

First half 8s and 9s, second half 5s and 6s. Thought everyone played well first half and everyone played badly second.

Our 'centre backs' continually give away stupid fouls because of their own inadequacies they are continually caught out of position and are too slow to recover, Da Silva was ok when we were on the front foot but apart from no cover from EMC was also caught out and bypassed later on Milan has pace to somewhat recover but at times seems so naive the less said about the goalie the better although their keeper didn't exactly cover himself with glory either

What about ratings fir lampard!!?

Poor substitutions or lack of!. And even then very late.

Asante should have been whipped off after 60mins.

Strongest bench of the season and he doesn't bring on Saka till 80 plus mins.

Poor. Use your fucking squad. Asante on his feet from 60 mins.

Sheaf shoukd have come on for Torp 2nd half. To give help Grimes and shield the back 4.

Ffs 2-1 up away from home and I believe this is on the manager. Should have been more solid.

I thought the wall positioning was perfect. Thomas turned away from the ball
Not been able to read any threads this afternoon. I presume it's been noted that the Oxford goalscorer slyly moved the ball a foot to the right while the ref was dealing with stuff, and after the wall had been positioned. That move made the goal possible, and it was perfectly executed tbf.

It's strange no one seemed to significantly react to it. He moved it by about 3 yards, and that in the end made the difference.

Wright today exemplified why fans get frustrated with him.

Unplayable, absolute (Championship) world beater first half.

Didn’t fancy it second half. So anonymous, until he had a sitter and missed it.

Last season Leeds lost at home to Millwall. Drew with Luton and Swansea away yet widely regarded as the best team in the division
No team wins every game , the secret is to not lose when not at your best, I put yesterday in that category

It is clear to see this team is going to outperform last seasons finish. Going forward we look like we can score a boat load of goals, and the club are clearly trying to bring in defensive reinforcements. Obviously, some big lessons to take from the last few games (defending set pieces), but once the team adjust and tweak we will be very competitive and can beat anyone on our day. I’m excited for the season I must admit.
