Therefore you have to agree signing a deal to remain at the Ricoh long term would be catastrophic

If you'd seen my many posts on the subject I have always called for a shorter term deal while we try and sort out our future.

I still think the Ricoh is the answer for now. Secures our future and I'm sure get out clauses if we do find people who want to take us on with a stadium.

Staying at the Ricoh secures nothing apart from years more of renting with no revenue. Short term we have no choice, hopefully longer term we will have left the place to Wasps.

Wasps current stance is a long term arrangement with zero get out clause apparantly. Not hard to believe either given their present financial position.

It would be a Sisu owned stadium not CCFC and the club would be renting it off Sisu.
So would be no different to our current situation.

Sisu won't build a stadium. This is not the problem.

Depends on the terms. If its 365 day per annum rental, ability to keep all revenue from matchdays, control costs, get 365 day revenue streams then that's wholly different to only having access to thr site for 4 hours, 23-26 days per annum with little/no access to matchday revenues and no non matchday revenues. Walsall rent their ground 365 day per annum. Their turnover is is around 40% higher than ours despite having around 50% of our attendance.

NOnsense. Why not take a look at who owns Old Trafford. I'll give you a clue it ain't Man United. What they do have though is access to all that lovely revenue. Surely, you'd like CCFC - the club you support remember - to have more revenue?

Well that's the bit that's needs negotiating. As torch said short term we have no choice but to stay at the Ricoh.

So, have you checked who owns Old Trafford? And do you want the club you apparently support to be financially secure? Yes, or no? You seem to be struggling for an answer.

Renting astadium off Sisu or renting the Ricoh currently would make no difference to CCFC.

I've said in this very thread that they need to go before that happens. You're just not very good at reading, I guess.

Renting a stadium off CCFC holdings would make a massive difference to one owned by wasps holdings you fool.

running at break even, where does the money come from to build said stadium ?

Have SISU ever built anything and is there an ounce of evidence that they are serious about building one for their club that is so need of if ?

Lol
only a fool would think that is likely to happen a sisu built stadium under CCFC Holdings !!
Biggest joke you have ever come out with.
But no surprise really then you did follow Sisu to sixfields and likely to follow them off the edge of a cliff taking CCFC with them !

Like you he's given up on the club and supports someone else. The only difference is he isn't paid by someone else - like you are.

With the right owners renting the Ricoh could be okay or even buying. A share in the stadium as l said though if we got the right owner anything is thing is negotiable.

What difference would a new owner make in terms of renting the stadium? Why would they be happy to take on a poor deal that holds the club back? The notion that Wasps would help out the football club is wishful thinking.
