Anyone in club Coventry stand, I am taking the kids so sat over there for first time (apart from Richard shaw testimonial!!) my tickets are not together. Is this normal in the padded section?

Minus the buffer zone in the South Stand, must be 1,500 in there.

No not normally, it's probably because it's going to be busy, you could wait until kick off and SEE if there are any seats together !

You would like to think people might be able to budge about to make sure a family could sit together if there's small kids!

Yes there is, smart casual, so as long as your not looking like a tramp you'll be fine.

As for no club tops, when I've seen people with City tops on, in Club Coventry, not seen anyone who has been asked to remove them .

It's good to see a large crowd and I'm not knocking it, far from it, but there are some annoying little downsides.

Entry will be slow because people don't know how to use the ticket scanners, especially print-at-home tickets.
People will be sat in our seats
After 10 minutes dad will be sent to bring back food and drinks
10 minutes later dad will have to take someone to the toilet

... and worst of all, when a 75 year-old with a prostate has to go for a pee at half time there will be a queue of people leaving the toilet entrance and entering the toilet exits.

At least we'll see some retro CCFC shirts

It might be the optimist in me, but I would imagine as the time gets closer it will pick up. I know they're only a fiver but it's just been Christmas and January is a hard month for many, so some are more than likely waiting for late January payday to get it all sorted.

I hope its not too cold on the day of this game, otherwise the majority of the people with the free tickets wont turn up.

Booked a couple of tickets in the Premier lounge up on the balcony. Is the entrance through the Atrium instead of turnstiles for all hospitality?

Yes go in the Atrium and walk straight ahead . Two people will be checking tickets and they will show you the stairs to go up. Its nice up there but a bit far away from the pitch for me tho. Enjoy it with the money men lol. You will probably bump into Fisher up there as he is alway around.

Birthday weekend so I’ve gone for it with the padded seats balcony car park.... hoping for a better experience than last birthday...still miffed about last year because for my 50th I paid for all the family to have a meal etc and then they made Accrington a community day so I paid shit loads more than everyone else.... then we lost. I’m not bitter at all though

My match package has expired and I've had issues buying tickets. The guy at the ticket office said you can only buy tickets if block 16 if your taking a kid. Is this true?

Are they trying to make this a family area now?

Following a positive meeting between the Club, Police and Ricoh Arena, restrictions have been relaxed and the following now applies:
  • The Club will be allowed to continue to sell Season Tickets in Blocks 14, 15 and 16.

  • The Club will be allowed to sell additional match tickets for Blocks 14, 15 and 16 to Season Ticket holders in person (up to 4 per person) either in advance at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office or the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena.
This is in person only - this will not be possible online or over the phone.

  • The Club will be allowed to allocate tickets to Match Package holders in Blocks 14, 15 and 16. Match Package holders must redeem their tickets either in advance at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office or the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena.
This is in person only - this will not be possible online or over the phone.
The club has also committed to extra stewarding in these areas.
