I'm going c as well, can't see anything being resolved tomorrow. There will probably only be a short amount of time allocated so if SISU put up any sort of defence they will need to schedule a full hearing.

d) SISU win in court

However improbable it may seem people seem to forget this may happen, I imagine they have good lawyers.

Yep, they will have proper representation. I'm sure they've battled like this before.

We should do a poll, see what the consensus is.

Why do people think sisu have this great competence? What have they done during their ccfc tenure that suggests they are good at legal battles?

C) Deffered.

Its suits the twisted legal profession when things drag on, its in their financial interest so without doubt this will roll and roll and the leeches will be lapping it up like an acrimonious divorce !

C) for me.

That would suit the fans surely.

Unless of course people want to see us lose all chance of a play-off place?

I just don't think we are good enough for play offs, especially with all our injuries at the minute. We've struggled past Hartlepool and got out of jail against the mighty Colchester of late, its going to get tougher if the Swindon game was anything to go by.

When you consider that we originally had that Boxing Day deadline to pay up or we could be homeless and here we are unchanged three months later, I find it hard to believe anything will be settled this time tomorrow.

Could be option D: Judge decides that whatever Sisu do he puts us in admin. As I understand it there is a remote chance of that even if Sisu pay up.

A. unless sisu can demonstrate to the court they can run the business solvently. Having unpaid debt, not submitting accounts to Company House and ignoring a previous court order regards paying rent owed is hard to defend. For what reason would a decision be deferred ?

Just read the Les Reid twitter blog. Apparently ACL lawyers believe CCFC insolvent re balance sheet and cashflow, only 1 need to prove insolvency.

I also understand that, contrary to TF's statement earlier in the season, the club have mortgaged next season's season ticket receipts.

As i see things the only way to avoid administration being imposed is for sisu to agree out of court to getting out and selling up. I am hoping that's what will happen. Srangely the continued silence this week gives me a bit of hope something like that will happen.

It's a public hearing so plenty of hacks local or otherwise will be there. This could be a very interesting website tomorrow night.

There is no official record published by the court, as this could be deemed a 'high profile' case it may be published in the law section of The Times (Wednesdays) not sure which day other broadsheets publish their law reports. Or try www.iclr.co.uk

As far as I can see there is no mortgage on Ryton. The season ticket issue is not registered, they just pledge future season ticket income against an advance from a lender.

Really hope its either A or B, fed up now we need to know how to move forward as a club. But these people are businessmen with highly paid lawyers who will jump at the chance to drag this on therefore its another C.

OMG!...If that is true Bluegloucester There are going to be about 7k ST holders that are going to be well and truly "Pissed off" if SISU get "The Bums Rush"....And I truthfully am not having a dig at all of you. SISU make me "Sick to my stomach" at some of the stunts they pull!:jerkit:

It's not a problem for season ticket holders, they are not affected. It just shows how Fisher lies when he says we have no outside debt.

Wouldn't influence our feelings directly. We have no contract with the club with regards next season's seating, so contractually we're unconnected. The people who have forwarded the cash in expectation would be upset though.

Surely, if true, this would be yet another untruth? And yet there'll still be those who defend them.....

There are no 2013/14 season ticket holders yet, which makes it slightly bizarre.

But they could mortgage a cash value in expectation of such sales
