The club has past certain players by. Out of those who started Wednesday night Rose, Jones & Walker add to the 1st team squad as of now.
De Costa, Allen, Shipley & Wilson struggle to add to a 1st team bench, nearer the door than 1st team starts
Reid & Drysdale need loans out to at least L2
Howley looks a player, will be look after and given a pathway to 1st team football.

So 4 plus a few on the bench need to be shown the door when an opportunity comes a long. Not a good result or performance, but if anyone gained from watching that it was MR. And he will react when and if he can to improve who he sees can be part of his plan for the club. Those who are not, will see an exit door very soon.
