In addition to the 3 signed, If we would have got Collins, Herd and Syers, that would have been the lot I would have thought..

When Keogh goes, we still need what Collins, Herd and Syers are...

a CB, CM, CF.

Hopefully some of the Keogh money could go towards the "frees" - Alex Bruce, Brian Howard and Roman Bednar

:)

nope.... i dont think we were ever in for herd as we don't need a right back (even their local press said it was preston that were in for him), as for syers if we had signed him i dont thing we would have gone in for fleck and i know who i would prefer to have and we wouldnt have got collins as shrewsbury are entitled to a fee for him due to his age and we wouldnt have been able to pay that.

Reckon I could take us not signing anyone else if we keep those two. Still well down on quality and numbers on last season, but it'd be the best we could hope for, especially if Keogh re-signs for a couple more years, maybe with a "non-promotion" get out clause? Won't happen though, will it? We are CCFC, bitch of SISU!
