That's the problem with the Prem the. stakes are so high and stopping in so vital clubs are reluctant to blood youngsters early so they miss first team action at that crucial young age.

Honest, defensively I'm far from convinced. Don't think Willis is an RB as its not his game to get forward etc but rather have him than Phillips in the side maybe an option to bring on when chasing the game & not wanting to fully change the formation.

Agree with this, at times Phillips can be a bit headless with his decision making.

However, he's still young and learning.
