What an awful performance tonight. But, onto the next one.
Thinking about our season so far, and whilst it doesn't excuse everything, we've had dreadful luck all season with injuries.
Godden, Walker, Marosi, Kelly and potentially to a lesser extent Dacosta and Hillsner. Those first 4 alone are key players....arguably 3 of our best players there who've missed lots of games. Our squad depth hasn't been as good as hoped but we need to realise that injuries have badly hampered our season. But like I said, I know there's other reasons but the injuries gave been awful.
And Jodi Jones as well.
Anyway, on a lighter note, my FB status on this day 13 years ago apparently said - "thinks Coventry City FC are the biggest bag of shite since Mr Shite stumbled accross the biggest bag of his own". Whilst my comedic value has improved, seemingly the ability of my beloved club to drive me mental, hasn't changed.
