According to companies house it’s now known as Coventry City Football Club Ltd, I’m sure there’s an innocent explanation for it.

Aren't you better to finance on an interest free credit card? Usually give you 12 months. As long as you pay it off then cut it up and get a new one. Got to be better than paying over the odds for those who can't pay in one hit.

I would have assumed Covcity co ltd would have been the new arm of the debt free club

it’s odd as the renamed Otium still has the £65 million share capital on its balance

Why do you think its odd? The issued Share Capital will not have changed just the ownership - see the confirmation statement

CCC Ltd 100% owns CCFC Ltd and we will have to wait for 2023 Accounts to see the revised structure
