We need to put in 100% effort for 90 minutes in every game. Anything less in unacceptable. Right now we are putting in about 50% effort for 45 minutes.

Pressley disagrees. He said we were 'terrific' against Crawley. Then he thought we dominated the second half today and deserved something from the game. He has never criticised the team for giving less than 100%, including today. I wasn't at Crewe but even Eakin & Foster thought we deserved nowt.

I am starting to think that he is deluded, as many previous managers have been. Do they not watch the same games as the rest of us?

That a win % of 22.8 over that period, in comparison Thorn had an overall win of 21.6%

And Pressley has much better resources (in comparison with the rest of the division at the time)

Sid, we had a 10-15 minute spell at the start of the second half today. Other than that we offered nothing. We deserved to lose today. 100%... ha, Crewe wanted it more than us.

I believe he said the Crawley game was how he wanted his Coventry City side to play  That was a Coventry City performance according to him.

That's 30 points from a possible 129!! Promotion form is on average 2 points a game so we should have 86 points or about 25 wins give or take a few draws. I think the coffee needs to be smelt

And that stat is likely to get a lot worse given our run of games up to Xmas.
