That whatever alternative plans ACL set in place for the Ricoh are not permanent.

Then in 3 years (don't think they will hold on for 5) when SISU have not built their stadium. That whoever buys the club for the market value are able to buy ACL as well.

SISU will still get their million back as Coventry will returning to Coventry.

For this to happen Northampton will need to be as expensive for SISU as we can make it.

In order to go out of existence, at some point it will be made available to be purchased.

If the alternative use of the Ricoh is not a permanent change.

Then the new purchaser I imagine will be welcome with open arms.

One season at Northampton with 300 fans would achieve this IMO.
