Online Season Ticket Renewal (1 Viewer)

Left it late to renew my season ticket before it goes on general sale, but just logged on to renew now and it wont let me select my seat.
On the online tickets webpage the banner above only shows GS (general sale), but my seat is still showing its unavailable.
Yes i've logged in correctly and used renew season ticket tab.
Any ideas other than just hoping the masses are not looking for my one seat?

Does it show the ticket as offered?

no, doesn't show that i'm trying to renew at all.
its as if i'm just buying a new one.

thanks but my account is active, but not recognising I have a season ticket.
I could by another seat, but would prefer current seat.

Didge, just scrolled further down... to renew, you need a notification message. I haven't received this yet.

Just done my, was easy. In the top right hand corner select my account (or it could be your name), thah took me to the page where all my linked people and their renewels are, just added to basket, and off you go. Took me about 2 mins.

was easy enough to register account, but not seeing a renew option nor have I got a notification, but my seat is still unavailable to purchase for anybody.
I did only have a half season ticket but wouldn't think this would matter.
try again tomorrow.

Worked fine for me (easier than the old site) but maybe call them tomorrow if still not good; new number is 08444539134

they make everything so fucking difficult, even giving them your money is hard work , this is the worst run business let alone football club. I told my missus yesterday you couldn't buy tickets at the club shop so she said do you have to go to the ricoh then, when I told her you could only buy tickets at cov rugby club she nearly hit me for taking the piss.

Hardly.

Last season I bought my ticket at the arena park - it took 5 minutes. One game I forgot my season ticket - I went to the ticket office 5 minutes before kick off and was given a duplicate ticket with no charge and still got in before the game started.

The online system now is excellent and easy to use.

Did you tell her about the internet or phone?

I gave them my money within a few minutes, was easy.

I tried calling yesterday, but couldn't help, saying seat not available and didn't recognise my supporter number, even though I have a working account online.
Anyway seat became 'available' this morning. So I have now purchased.

Odd they can't override the system & sort it!
But glad it's all been done this morning without too much hassle!

I had pretty much the same thing. System said I didn't have that seat even though I have had a season ticket there for many years. Sorted the next day though.

I'm having the same problem, I've clicked on my name a get into the "My Account" section.
Click on find/renew season ticket and don't know what to do next. Just got an interactive seat map up. I can't see anywhere on the screen where it acknowledges my current seat.

I think it is past the time for them keeping them isn't it? What happens if you choose your seat manually?

Jas, it probably won't acknowledge current ST seat, as all seats are now freely available.
Expiry date was yesterday for reserved ST seats.
I tried at first on ipad and couldn't get the interactive map to load. But worked ok on pc and android phone. Just didn't recognise my ST.

Aah right ok, the only problem is on the interactive map it doesn't show seat numbers, only block and row.

Just renewed my and my sons tickets. Even if Though still early bird we have had to sit one row further back. Ah well never mind...if it rains less likely to get wet.
