The day I realised Sunderland are never getting out of league 1 unless they get relegated. Although I realised it when we won 5-4 at their gaf a couple of seasons ago

Sunderland, Pompey and Rotherham home games (7 points), tense games with cracking atmospheres. Coming through those 3 games with those results cemented our place as Champions, when we were all twitchy about securing even the play offs.

You really forget how well Jamie Allen was playing in that spell towards the end of the season. A really important player for us.
