Fans up for it from the start. Players matched that energy.

Boro are clearly an excellent footballing side but we beat them with a game plan, intensity and execution in the moment.

If we do go up this will be looked at as the pivotal moment. If that performance and result doesn’t restore belief and confidence then nothing will.

PUSB, can’t wait for the run in now.

It’s been a lot louder and more frenzied in the past. There are still a lot of nerves around and Boro showed why they are up there, they’re a good team. Goals that count though so ….back on top Boro

I went to the loo just before kick off and came back down the steps and all I could hear was the sky blue song being belted out by the blocks 27 ish corner - I looked across and just thought ‘yeah nice’.
Just felt different.

The two best home atmospheres this season have been under the lights - Sheff Utd and last night

Wouldn't be opposed to more Friday/Monday home matches in the run in, we obviously get ourselves up for night games more and the players fed off the energy

I think the first few minutes showed that the players were up for it and then it got the fans going even more. Thomas and Lati smashing Conway (?) straight from KO, Haji hitting the post within two minutes.

Agreed with above about it being one of the best atmospheres I've witnessed for a while.

Why isn't the ref just looking at booking anybody who goes near the penalty spot? Once it's awarded everybody should leave the box apart from the keeper (on their side)

Deliberately damaging the penalty spot should come under the ungentlemanly conduct heading.

I have been looking forward to Frank the tank's debut and he didn't disappoint. He was definitely the piece of the jigsaw, that has been missing for quite some time. In fact on yesterday's performance I would say that he has had the biggest impact for the season of any player. He was like a secondary school student having a kick around with his primary school brother and mates.
