I've not bothered making new year resolutions for years as I always broke them pretty quickly. But if you could make just one what would it be ? As I write for a couple of football magazines I've always fancied writing a football book, but never got round to it,so this year I'll make that my resolution. What one would yours be ?

The standard get fitter and lose a bit of excess timber!

Drop down to 15% body fat.

Going to be a challenge! Want to keep the muscle mass too...

Mine would be to exercise more, but I know I won't.
The 'experts' say you shouldn't make general resolutions like that, they say you should be more specific, something like to 'exercise once a week on Tuesday morning'.
Unfortunately, I'm busy on Tuesday mornings.

I smile a lot anyway, but just wanted to take it to the next level.

Mine is to stop wasting my valuable time on the internet

My other was to try to reduce my levels of self loathing......

2 days.....2 fails.

I always save up my self loathing for trips to Los Vegas.
