There ain't many in football can put a CV together to match that. The one downside is he had a two year stint at Villa leading them to promotion from division 3 but we can forgive him that !
For characters to rise to the fore at any club, first and foremost you need longevity,The club desperately needs characters of his and Sillet's ilk and gravitas imo.
