The other one was a catch in the first half perfectly timed and the ball stuck like glue
He’s so unassuming too
Also the wacking it against their player totally unfazed

The late save from the deflection was outstanding.

If he keeps this form up for the rest of the season there might be a bit of interest in him.

It was an exceptional save. Fully moving the wrong way and turned back to turn it around the right post; strong hands and excellent athleticism.

The ability to make a save like that shows a special talent.

I said it when we signed him but the lad is destined to play at the top. Great talent and hopefully it will be with us.

He really saw that shot late, that would have beaten most goalies in this league.

The great thing is Watford were not getting those scrappy efforts from the loose balls in the area that we were conceding only a few weeks ago and they were restricted to longer range efforts.

Would love to see that spider graph now comparing him to other keepers in the league

Another awful song though. Let’s be honest the coaches and players have stepped up and the fans are letting them down. Need a clear out of Singers Corner in the summer, get some fresh blood in.

Yeah. I am quite an anxious guy at the football and I had slumped onto my seat when it went 2-1.

Thought for the world it was 2-2 behind the goal when it was deflected, but jumped up and celebrated the save like a goal.

It's just nice knowing there is a chance our keeper can save a shot/chance when needed.

Another thing I really like about Dovin is that he seems to be genuinely ‘two-footed’. I’m not sure we’ve ever had that. It feels rare.

Will also accept this.

Next: why Bobby Thomas doesn’t have a massive head and why the Victor Torp song is unsuitable for singing at a match.

Lampard has dropped wingers purely to stop us singing about players on the wing.
