They don't seem to have learn't much from the last time they were up bringing in people past their best on big wages (sorry Rio), I don't think they will one of the three though Burnley, West Brom & Leicester for me. QPR are like Burnley punching way above their weight but they have 3 things over Burnley location, a chairman that doesn't mind spending and a manager who has a bit of prem experience.
