If we could find a player like him in his prime we’d walk this league.

How many clubs fans would have been on his back all season in the stadium about his lack of goals. There has definitely been chattering on social media but that has never translated to anything but full support at games. Every miss has been met with his song and more support.

I think that has endeared us to him more and there was no shushing or anything like that after the goal, just huge relief from everyone.

He then played like the monkey was off his back and dominated the game. It was the performance we all expected after the Bristol City goal

I think most fans of pretty much every team who’ve seen him play this season (including ours) acknowledge he’s a great player, and haven’t been quiet about it all season. Which shouldn’t be a surprise, because he is obviously great.

I think it depends where you sit. He'll get vocal support from the singers corner perhaps, but where I sit he gets dogs abuse whenever he misses a chance or fails to get a shot away.

First half yesterday was the worst I've heard it.

That being said there clearly was a huge sigh of relief from all involved once he got his first.

Hospitality. Maybe I'm just in a bad spot as to be fair it is usually the same few that let rip week in week out. Perhaps I'm sat next to Sheaf is God and his brigade.

My favourite player in the last 10 years. Clearly very down to Earth. Loves his football, loves the club and gives it 100%.

People who sit in block 14-17 know more about football clearly

Which tells me the ones thinking O'Hare is a burden are not in the SBT online blocks 14-17 equivalent.

So where do they virtually sit? If it had been HR, I would have said somewhere with a restricted view

Don't think it's any secret that COH struggles to strike a ball well... The only time he ever does is when the ball has bounced and sat up nicely for him like yesterday's first half attempt.

If I were the coaching staff I'd focus on getting him to hone the subtle clever type of finishes like his second yesterday - ir won't always come off but could see him reaching near double figures in a season if he got good enough at it.

Hopefully with a strike force of Godd and Gyok the goal pressure will be taken off him a bit going forward which definitely hasn't helped.

Agree although I suspect it is also a confidence thing too. There is no reason why he can't strike a shot better than he has, and often it is a matter of composure as he wants to do everything so quickly. I agree though that he needs to work on those clever finishes, the sort that Noel Whelan used to score when he first arrived.

Who was it that was going on about ‘Bright’ being the better player earlier in the season?

Great player, bargain on a free. Best we can hope for is he hits 10+ Next year and we could charge £10m+ for him

I do love pointing out thay we also had a good few fans on here that's said Jacob Murphy was shite .. the same jacob Murphy playing for Newcastle at chelsea today , the same jacob Murphy that has 90 premier league appearances .. the same Jacob Murphy that keeps being picked manager after manager

It's almost like some on here have zero clue about football

The same jacob Murphy that had 21 goal contributions in his 1 season here

He was frustrating at times, but clearly a very good player wasn't he.

Was it the same people criticising him as being crap, as are now criticising O'Hare I wonder.

I remember someone in particular who thought he was a burden on the team

Match Thread - Swansea

This is a great example of a still image not telling the story. The ball was coming in over his body at pace. I've screenshotted below that he had to stretch his leg fully to even make contact Your still doesn't show how the ball looped over. He could have even headed it. Again, the over...

Sort of relevant to O’Hare, because he was at it yesterday. 27/14 shots/on target, do yous think Lawrence told them they need to be shooting more?

Did you see how knackered Sheffield united were by about 60 mins ..all because of the press , which we showed alot more of early season and again it appeared yesterday

Think the club just realised its now or never really for this season
