Comes across as a nice bloke, but clearly out of his depth at United. It would probably be better to get rid of him and appoint Poch while he is still available.

He isn’t ready for a job like that especially at this time when it’s poisonous at the club. Fatal mistake making him permanent but he hasn’t got a squad capable of a top 4 finish. Only 2 players I would keep that that’s the keeper and rashford.

Giving him the job off a good run last season was ridiculous.

His track record is management is awful.

Much more wrong with the club than just OGS, their transfer strategy over the past 5 years has been awful. They need to find their Pep/Klopp though and OGS is not the answer. Think he'll be given till the end of the season but they have to be looking at getting Poch in

They've had experienced managers who ran into the same problems. It isn't OGS.

The seeds of their decline were sewed by Ferguson, he had failed to put in any long term plan to replace big players like Scholes, Giggs, Ferdinand even Keane.

United need to get used to not having a divine right to win trophies and think longer term, OGS is doing that with his transfer policy (only signing under 24 year olds). It'll take time to ship out all of the deadwood. They've tried throwing money at 'proven' stars and it's got them nowhere.

I'm not one for chopping and changing managers but they need to build with someone who is capable. Agree that there are bigger problems than the manager but they hired him because he was popular after an initial upturn in form because he wasn't Mourinho, short term thinking like us appointing Thorn.

Woodward needs to appoint a director of football a decent manager and go back to only working on the commercial side.

Terrible manager and is ruining his legacy! If he has any decency he'll step aside

It was a joke of an appointment in the first place. Nothing on his CV says he should be manager of Manchester United - he got relegated with Cardiff in the Premier League then sacked in the Championship.

Any other manager with that record wouldn’t be considered for most top Championship clubs let alone of the most successful clubs in world football.

You could even make an argument that the two teams in the Championship automatics atm wouldn’t swap their managers with them - Bilić and Bielsa both have better track records and more experience

I think he comes across as a bit of a dick at times to be honest.

You know you're onto a loser when former players criticise you for smiling too much.
