This is Damien Collins private members bill.

As with any PM bill it has a low chance of success, sadly neither the government or the opposition show any sign of supporting it.

I'm hoping the major parties will include something concrete in their manifestos for next years general election, it has certainly got to be a vote catching policy to force reform on to the FA & FL.
