Strange one but Pete O’Rouke claiming he’s joining QPR after we’ve recalled him from his loan.

Very odd. Wonder how much we’re getting for him.

I wonder whether this is just a better quality loan for him, as opposed to a permanent move.

If it's a permanent move we don't get a say in it. We could make a gentleman's agreement though.

Weird one this unless he's refused a new contract

I mean you could have a loan that turns permanent after the game I suppose.

He's not breaking through here is he, makes sense to move him on for a fee if possible

Didn't seem like he was pulling up trees at Lincoln. Strange one.

He did ok. 3 goals in 17 league appearances, only 4 of which were starts.

He is a London boy born in Brent which is quite close to Shepherd's Bush where QPR's stadium is.
I think that maybe has something to do with it.

Oh yeah, was ok. Just doesn't shout Championship signing (other than to loan out & develop as we did).

If he does play on the 31st, is it a clap, boo or standing ovation?

Having to sell young prospects in January to pay the bills, it’s like Sisu never left.

Thought he looked decent from highlights, training game clips etc but never set the world alight at lower levels. Strange

Hope it’s another Borrowdale

Sort of wonder if QPR think they’ll get a higher level/tune out of him, why couldn’t we? Meh. Not important really.

Harry Kane never set the world alight when out on loan from spurs , let’s hope if he is going to qpr we don’t live to regret it.

Think they signed Burrell from League 1 whos done alright, he's out injured for a bit and this is a cheap punt as a bit part player. Low risk

Does he have what it takes to make it in the premier rleague? If not then I guess it just makes sense

His contract expires in June. Would assume he's turned down a new deal and/or QPR have just offered him better terms

Yeah, weirdly I’d said to two mates who are Wycombe fans that if we’d gone for Kone they could/should maybe get Obikwu in return on loan or perm….QPR gone for both
