Well, I said at the time that it seemed an odd place to meet anyway. Hopefully Hoff and Fish are meeting as we speak.

Hoff is here with Joe. Haven't seen Joe's binoculars today though. Maybe he knew director watch was pointless with Fisher not coming.....

Anyone know if slime ball fisher is there ?

No banners but there has been chants. Black balloons have been brought. Apparently to suggest RIP CCFC, although as they are plain black balloons, Im guessing yet were on sale when brought in bulk?

Fleck is spraying long passes to the right quite often but they aren't really coming to much. Very few chances created by both teams. Baker losing possession quite a lot, but its not dreadful. It's definitely 'that first game of the pre season' feeling for me!

Ha ha, I was hoping for a cheeky Spanish Bosman, instead it's a kid from Zimbabwe via Whitley.

Might be tucked-up having a nice pre-arranged lunch with GH? Or is GH there for all to see?

Operation Premiership is a go. Logically we're set to beat Hinckley 34-0 next friendly.

nope the most we'll miss is edge because we have very few cb's but forgot to say phillips looked good and if cyrus leaves, a defence of phillips willis clarke adams isn't to bad. only problem is the lack of experience

By the end of it, I think Clarke wished he was still in it. One of only two players to play the whole 90

I'd say second half was an improvement, but Nuneaton's poorer fitness levels. We were able to pass it a lot more towards the end, hence the few late goals
