To be fair watching the Man City and Arsenal documentary’s, feel like both managers have a nasty streak in them.A bit of an old fashioned view that one of the coaches needs to be a nasty bastard.
Why ?
who is the Nasty bastard at Man City or Arsenal or West Brom or Blackburn or Birmingham etc etc … These clubs are all doing well with young hugely over paid but talented players.
The days of young players upping their performance through fear of the management are long gone ….

Ths reason are attackers are missing chances isn’t because they are not worried about the half time rollicking, it’s about composure and technique.

Decent list although have doubts on Ismael after his last few jobs. Rosenior wouldn’t be available tho since he’s just got a new job in France.If Mark Robins ever decided it was time to go, and yes it would be his decision. I think Rosenior, Corberan, Rohl would be good appointments. But I also wouldnt mind Valerin Ismael
