....the size of the debt.

Surely if the accounts have been signed off, we should know if the club is 'debt-free' (to quote RR), or the exact size of the debt.....

We will also know SISU's transfer intentions, and whether Teflon Thorny has been lied to again....in which case, will he be a man of principle....????

Im looking forward to the first person with know-how to bring it to the site and explain all. I have to admit, personally i dont understand business finance. But i know there is a couple of people on here who do, so they should be able to extract the relevant information from it and figure out a bit more about whats been going on behind the scenes since the end of the season.

By man of principle do you mean he should quit in protest?

I mean that he will have been lied to twice, and if you have principles, you take appropriate action....which will reveal your principles and how firmly you stand by them.

I assume Wingy, as a tax and finance expert, that they will be for a tax year....April-April.

Now that would be logical but if they're produced for tax purposes only would'nt that be from 11-12.

We've all been lied to countless times - have we stopped supporting the club in protest? The guy probably loves being a manager. What a great opportunity, not to mention the great salary compared to being a scout.

He's not wealthy enough to throw that away.

That's fine Rich....we can then wait for his next excuse, can't we?

Did he blame SISU after the Millwall game?

There's even and article on the BBC website when Teflon says that 'the turmoil at CCFC has to stop'.

If he isn't getting the tools to do the job, and this is then preventing him from showcasing his true skills as a manager, then he should see that as demeaning his efforts/talent....and therefore like any professional take action to ensure that he is represented correctly/responds to the situation he is in.

If he accepts the constraints...and he has publicly said (May 2012) that he needs to be backed and he has been promised this....then he accepts the consequences....and doesn't resort to making comments at opportune moments to deflect the blame away from himself, and earn the nickname of Teflon!!!

A lot wealthier than the 2.7 million on the dole who have no jobs....or those employees shown the door at CCFC in recent days/weeks....

Really hope not, I don't fancy a completely inexperienced Carlsely in charge of some of our completely inexperienced players to be honest.

Pretty sure he said, they asked me to stay on. I told them things needed to change, they gave me assurances it would.

Not if I dont get so many signings I will walk, it is the principle of the matter.

If they go back on the assurances it shows SISU are as bad as we expect, why does that mean AT has to walk, because they dont keep their word. Personally I would see that as a double punishment for us. They dont keep their word and IMO we lose a good manager. I know those who dont rate him wish for this and so intently portray his comments as no signings I walk. However that is not what he said

Nope. The books will cover the company trading year which for a football club will be either may-may or June-June as it needs to cover the entire football season. Will confirm shortly...

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment, I can't see how or why he'd do that. I'm pretty sure Andy Thorn isn't an incredibly wealthy man, this is a job that pays his bills each month plus professional ambition may have him feeling like turning this sinking ship around and guiding it into safer times may possibly look good on his CV for future jobs.

I don't think it's as black and white as quitting on principal.

With this one LBB, with all due respect I think I can see how it will pan out if I answer you.

I will talk about AT's matches before he had his best players taken away from him. Someone else will tell me that was a honeymoon period.

I will say that despite relegation the majority of the fans supported him and that does not happen often at football clubs. Also there are no mummerings of discontent coming from the dressing room or ex players.

Someone will tell me that is because the bad stuff done by SISU is buying him time and masking how bad he is.

I will say it is very hard to judge him because he has never been given a chance resource wise other than those first 10 games.

Someone will say you have to have a point when you can judge him.

I will say if he get 0-4 signings IMO we will go down like last season. In these circumstances, if the fans are against, discontent in the dressing room and the team are clearly not putting in maximum effort then he should go.

4-7 signings and we get relegated he should go

7-10 signings and we dont get in the play offs he should go.

I think that is about it

Whilst this goes on the odd person will post something like "AT drinks SISU's spunk"

Then I will say that we will probabaly end up with Carsley as his replacement and that I think this would ruin two bright young English managers and I dont think it will improve our situation.

Maybe you will agree or disagree, but I think that about covers it

The last ones submitted ended 2010 so one can safely assume the 'current acount' will be for the period between 10-11

What a glowing recommendation for The Clueless One. He's in it for the money and he loves being a manager. Wouldn't we all. So we are now a registered charity for unemployable useless managers. What joy.

I would if that's what I said to the media - or I would take "appropriate action" as he said. What did that mean? Continue to fake discontent while secretly continuing to worship at the sisu temple?

Also, TF may have said will you carry on next season. AT may have said we need a budget to bounce back. TF speaks to JS she agrees that they do.

He assures AT and all of us via the media remember, that Joy agrees they need to ask for a bounce back budget.

A few weeks later they are given a smaller budget. Who's fault is it. TF, JS, the people investing the money in SISU.

Was the assurances that they would ask for a bounce back budget?

TF amy have done what he assured AT he would try and do.

Have they lied to us aswell saying there will be a bounce back budget, then later telling us it is significantly less.

Or did they hope to get a bounce back budget asked for it and got something significantly smaller. If they were straight with AT throuh this whole process then they have probably fulfilled their assurances to him as they cant control the investors actions

Wake up. Thorn doesn't care about budgets, team performance anything. All he ever cares about is himself. Who is more likely to keep employing the man with the worst win ratio since the Great War the owners who always have or someone new.

AT knows his bread is buttered sisu side up. He wants them to stay. Even one of his supporters admits he's in it for the money. To suggest otherwise is nativity in the extreme.
