Very very good question and one which should not be allowed to be swept under the carpet, if the intentions were honorable in the first place of course

I too would like to know the answer to this?

Anyone???????

If they appeal, wouldn't they then have a ready made excuse to "wait for the JR to be over"?

The forum is the least of their worries. All their efforts at the moment are on how to make a defeat appear to be a victory.

Re. this appeal ... don't they have so submit new evidence? Presumably they would have to have already given this to the Judge who would decide if it can be used and an appeal granted?

Sadly it doesn't appear so. Soon the original judge will say no (betcha) & there will be another stage where SISU get to make an appeal in London to a panel of 3 Judges.

Simon Gilbert explains the whole tiresome procedure quite well here http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/watch-what-could-happen-next-7372657

But it does look like a pronouncement on costs will be made next week.
