the block on burge is almost amusing - would never stand in a higher league.

He should have gone to ground spectacularly. Really made a meal of it. Make it look like he was pushed to the floor.

Bullied.
If you want to beat Coventry City just keep kicking it high into the penalty area.
Our defenders will do the rest.

Lincoln played really tough today in the Checkatrade. Something we simply have to combat (no pun intended).

Do you mean their scorer on our defender just before the ball is scrambled over? I think both that and the "hold" on Burge are a bit borderline, have seen decisions like that go both ways.

That's how you can get booked for simulation.

True, but I don't think I have ever seen a goalkeeper booked for diving.

Clearly Burge was held by the Notts player for the first but wtf was Kelly doing kicking the ball back towards his own goal for an assist on the second?

I didn't spot that watching the game live. Why the hell did he do that - it wasn't a pass, wasn't a clearance - was he just knackered?

He was clearing it it deflected off the county player and fell into the path of the forward.

What is more annoying is that he is appealing for a goal kick when it is nowhere near going out at that point.
