Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Limited Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Notice is hereby given for an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Ordinary B shareholders of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Limited to be held at 50 Freehold Street, Coventry, CV1 5BH on Tuesday 10 December 2013 at 8pm.

Attendance at the meeting is restricted to Ordinary B shareholders. Members attending the meeting should bring their share certificate and one form of identity as proof of membership.

So any clues as to what this may be about?

You're thinking of Ltd.

Easy mistake to make. Apparently.

These were issued I think to those who were made to give up their shares when SISU took over. Might be wrong though.

The meeting has been called as part of the process by Otium Entertainment Group to get CCFC (Holdings) struck off the register of companies.

Perhaps it's Extraordinary because it is a meeting with share holders who no longer exist, Joy and a crystal ball?
