I think that the present board might be under the impression that all CCFC supporters are uneducated people. This is not so, Mr Dulux. There are many highly educated supporters on Sky Blue Talk who can spot bluff a mile off. I, for one, have a Ph.D. So please don't try and kid us for one moment ! Most CCFC supporters think from the heart, speak from their hearts and whilst they may not have received the same educational qualifications as those more fortunate to have done, even they can spot bull-shit and bluff. We are all genuine supporters with a passion for our club.

Why on earth would you bring qualifications into a discussion about intellect?

The two can be mutually exclusive, and often are.

Well said VOR !
The SISU promise of building a squad capable of 'prem' football has never been honoured.
Quite the contrary, in fact, as we are reduced to having the smallest (in number), and youngest squad in this division.

Many of us understand finance, have accountancy qualifications and run successful businesses. Many are experienced in banking, negotiations, bluff and counter bluff.

And that's purely exclusive to those with qualifications?

Maybe it's the tone of what you say. It sounds like you're saying that you are in a more privileged position than others because of your PhD.

Guess it just came across as a bit wanky, when you didn't mean it to.

I spoke to Ken yesterday, he asked me to pass this message on; "I won't let you down, won't let you down again, no I want let you down, won't let you down again".

One thing I'm getting tired of with Dulieu very quickly is him making a point of having to come from Portugal for meetings. The guy is Coventry City chairman so it's tough shit if he has to come from fucking Portugal!

He either resigns or travels, every single time we need him and with a smile on his face about it, because the club cannot do with half-arsed people involved.

Everytime he travels from his sunny villa in portugal who has to pay for that? its the club !!!more money been wasted on a complete utter clown who has done nothing but make our club a laughing joke with his bullcrap and half arsed ideas.!!! just a parasite feeding on the rotting corspe of CCFC. maybe if we are lucky he might just stay over there and not come back again !!!:jerkit::jerkit::jerkit:

It would be interesting to know who are the paid members of the board, & what is their remunerative package, especially the two most recent appointees ?

I bet they won't dare answer that one ! Give up their salaries and pay a loan player or three ?

I could be wrong, and hopefully OSB will correct me if I am, but in next years accounts for SBS&L they will have to list Directors remuneration - not sure if they can just put one lump sum or list it by individuals. Obviously thats next year and we may not be around as a club by then so it would be nice to know. Although even if they did reveal them would we believe them anyway?

We wouldn't believe it, but if you doubled it & added 20% it might be somewhere close, but it probably wouldn't give account of all the various expenses that they may have received.
Still might be of interest to proffer what we estimate they may be raking off

yes you are pretty much right jan but they have had to do that for years. Most detail we will be likely to get will be the total paid to directors and the amount paid to the highest paid director in terms of salary. If the money paid to a third party company for a director as in case of RR then this would be detailed too. Wont matter in terms of that info declaration whether SISU here or not it would still be disclosed because they served as directors in the year of the accounts

Ken; just for the record (in case you're reading) I am thick as I don't have a Ph.D. In fact the only thing I do have is an F.A. However, I too think you're a c***

In fact I feel a new thread coming. I think all City fans could do with a read of "IF" - I'll do it now

dont need to justify or prove myself to Dulieu nor does anyone else - No one has the right to judge another less worthy or of less intelligence. I detest intellectual arrogance.

OSB, is it possible that the directors are paid by sisu direct or as consultants to sisu and not shown on CCFC and our other companies books.

Is possible but in theory such an arrangement would be disclosable in our accounts cloughie. Am sure there is something in it for them somehow - you wouldnt want to take all the flak they get for nothing would you

But as CCFC etc are separate companies from sisu surely they would not need to be shown on CCFC etc accounts?
