Legally CCFC holdings are not tenants of the Ricoh and so can't stay there. IF they accept ACL's gracious offer to play there then they are accepting to opposite of what they have set up with the FL in so much as to say the company in admin CCFC ltd are not the same entity whatsoever. Accepting would complicate the lines between the two entities and therefore may bring that 10 point deduction.
