threatening is not the same as doing and shitsu did. yes i'm an acl troll, you found me out how did i ever get away with it so long with the brain of Britain (that's you by the way) contributing to this site (that whole sentence is sarcasm by the way) . yes if acl accepted the cva we wouldn't have been docked the 10points this season but the fact is shitsu put us in administration which put the club in a position of where a cva had to be offered, if you don't jump of a cliff you don't get dashed on the rocks at the bottom. i don't defend, they are the facts.

All I care is the club plays in Coventry. If that means the end of ACL, the Council, Higgs I actually don't care.

Seems you have interests other than the football club..........................

I don't see why people are so fussed about other parties, the football club being back is the number one priority.

Exactly - if CCFC played against Brentford at the Ricoh on Saturday and that meant ACL/Higgs blah blah lost all their money I am sure no CCFC would care -- you wouldn't would you Tony?

There seems to be no separation of the football club and SISU here. Owners are just that, here today gone tomorrow but the football club will not change identity. Some seem to forget that. Those that go to Sixfield's (and can afford to) clearly understand this.

good point Pax, but that does not hide the bigotry created by various parties to enhance their stance,
i, for one, and am probably in the majority, feel that the fans have been treated abysmally,
GIVE US BACK OUR CLUB IN COVENTRY

Yep typical Grendel reply!!

So you don'y care that a charity that was set up for the good of the people of Coventry goes bust!
You should be ashamed of yourself! after all the good done and still being done by this charity around Coventry.

Oh and no matter what you may think They did borrow money to our club to help it keep going from going bust on more then one occasion.

What a strange man you are. Higgs trust have done far more for this city than sisu ever have or ever will, improved the lives of countless children yet you despise them for some reason?

The council is effectively the collective treasurer for the people of Coventry, its our money. Are you seriously suggesting that you would be happy for all our council tax payments just to disappear, the entire city bankrupt, just so you can watch a game of football on a Saturday afternoon?

You must be either mad, selfish, or not very bright.

And yes I do have other interests than the football club. Spending time with my family, seeing friends, playing sports etc, its called life.

Oh I see and remind me why SISU put the club in administration - because ACL initiated proceedings. To try and deflect that raises questions about your true interests here.

Fact is if ACL accepted the CVA no points would have been docked this season. How do you defend the greedy filth?

But you know the real truth. That is unless you only understand what you want to.

You know SISU threatened to liquidate the club. So ACL went for admin. This made SISU go for admin so they could choose Appleton. Joy is even saying we were close to liquidation and the league kicking off with 1 club less. Did ACL going for admin save us? Something changed things.

I can't see any reason that SISU would liquidate. Our club is now worthless. The vast majority of the debts are owed to SISU. They would have nothing to gain. But this would allow someone to save our club for much less than SISU would be willing to sell. But they know it causes squeaky bum time for lots of our fans whenever they mention it. They have not made a loss at our club until they leave. Once they leave the loss will be solidified. Until then it is just a balance.

Yes I sure do Grendel, it's called morality. It's not just about CCFC, it's about football and its fans in general. It's about how companies run themselves. It's about how certain people in this world make their money. Just because the way they operate may straddle legality doesn't make it alright. Success (and we haven't had any) at any price should not be accepted. I believe people should stick to contracts or negotiate new ones not just pull out.
I believe companies should post their accounts on time as required by the law.
Fisher said they couldn't give a realistic forcast because of the rent dispute. Seems reasonable; but what is the delay now that they have the agreement to play at Northampton?

Even if people really do feel aggrieved at ACL, that doesn't excuse the way SISU have treated fans. Failed to communicate with them. If they have a future plan for the benefit of the fans, the club and our city; then they have failed to deliver its concept and failed to get people on board supporting them. That is why the majority of fans will not back them any longer. I suspect also why the rift is so deep between them and ACL is that ACL no longer trust SISU integrity. As SISU are in charge of CCFC and have been for 6 years only they can be held accountable for these things.

I suspect Joy Seppala, who only cares about her investors, is breaking her silence because of
Fans protesting
Fans not attending home matches
The practices of her companies being raised in parliament
Articles in newspapers
A piece in Punch Magazine
The sort of stuff that now comes up if you google SISU
And this is a guess, perhaps her investors are starting to question her stratergy?

But certainly not because of the posts of Grendel!

I just don't think they should have entered into football. As a business model it just doesn't fit the norm. They admitted themselves they made mistakes, they should have cut their losses and got out a long time ago. Trouble is they are like a cornered rat now, they are fighting for survival, they don't care who or what they take down with them.

So did they liquidate our club like they keep threatening? No......they just want to liquidate a part of it where they have put all the bits they don't want and have taken out all the bits they want to keep.

So who has said they lie all the time? Even liars tell the truth on occasions, but the problem is you never know when to believe them. You even seem to forget what judges have said against Joy in the past. What I have noticed so far is when it sounds like good news it is nothing but lies and twisted truths. Remember when Timothy told us we are not in debt? When it is bad news it is normally the truth unless they are using threats to get what they want.

And then they wonder why there is so much mistrust from us fans :thinking about:

SISU of course, they own a football club whereas the Council own a stadium and land that SISU want so much they are willing to run the club into the ground to get it.
In Sepalla's recent interview I can't see how she can claim that putting CCFC limited into admin wasn't to wriggle out of the lease? She says herself she doesn't want
a rental agreement with ACL.
