in Sheffield. Wednesday have appointed Tony Pulis as manager and the Owls are hooting mad. They really don't like him for some reason, I always thought he was a decent bloke.

He’s as good manager as they could get, not sure what they’re expecting they’ve been out of the Premier League for 20 odd years

So technically a 0-0 draw is classed as Rubbing one out?

Wednesday prob do ok, but doesn't mean they will move away from the bottom. Thought they were still under strict transfer activity and an embargo? they cant spend the money they have previously but do have some good players...

This is the confusing part .
The appeal was done through a different body to the one who delivered the punishment.
