So Oliver Norwood has signed a 3 year deal to join Huddersfield Town.

Says a lot when a player would rather sign for Huddersfield than CCFC! Just shows what a sad state my beloved football club is in.

Please go away SISU before it gets any worse. We are doomed!!!!!

CTID:facepalm:

Its not really a choice between the two clubs, more the two leagues! Why would a player choose to play in the third tier when they can play in the second, there's a lot more exposure for them in the championship.

Of course you are right. But it was the only small ray of sunshine that Olly might sign for us that was giving me any hope for next season.

Just the usual spin from SISU to sell more season tickets.

In truth we were probably not even in the running to sign him. I'm sure there will be some signings there's still a while untill the season starts and once players return to their clubs for pre-season training things will start moving.

I don't think the national education budget could take the strain to achieve that goal.

http://www.htafc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10312~2827285,00.html maybe you should tell huddersfield that then as this release, on their own website, says its a 3 year deal.
