I wouldn't be worried about Robins leaving at all. He's an absolute legend and I want him here forever, but the club is at a place right now in which it can attract some top class managers. We're not scratching around looking for Russell Slades and Andy Thorns anymore. Maybe I'm a bit blinkered but if the worst happened then I reckon we could go after the likes of a Liam Rosenior or a Steve Cooper (maybe even a Graham Potter - OK maybe that one is too far). But we're a club that is in a place to attract a top boss now I think.This is the only vacancy that mildly worries me, but if he went he'd be sacked within 18 months because he'd either have failed to get promotion or would be in the bottom 3 of the EPL. I suspect if we went up, we could finish bottom of the Premier League and he'd retain his job.
Not sure why people worry about Norwich with Robins, he spent 3 years there the same as he did at leicester .. he's spent almost 3x as long at coventry city , he will be far more emotionally attached to our club than Norwich
I think it’s more about Robins’ appeal to Norwich, rather than the other way round - teams seem completely unable to resist the idea of hiring their former players as managers sometimes. In any case Robins is under contract here and I think he recognises the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Overall I dont think our performances were as good as our position pre April suggested. Only basing view on Norwich on our home game against them but they were really poor. No idea how they produced an amazing set to results to qualify for play-offs.Norwich need a complete rebuild and change of style, thats why Wagner was let go, never liked his style of football always boring. They have some very average defenders as Leeds proved, big summer incoming for them. If a team in the top 6 lost to both Sheffield and Brum on the run in it shows the realistic position for a team that massively over achieved.

On paper it would be a good move for him but I think his attachment to us is strong, he likes the setup here and he’s not especially ambitious in his career.

Season has been a disaster for one of Leeds or Southampton.
Ipswich were predicted to be in contention to go up if i recall. They were brilliant but perhaps its not that suprising, their wage bill for instance dwarfs ours. I think the top 4 had close to the top 4 highest wage bills, with Norwich and West Brom next on the list.They probably would both have gone up but for Ipswich having a such a brilliant season.
If Robins was 10 years younger or his track record was good at other clubs apart from us maybe some PL might be interested. Think it's too late now unless he gets promotion with us .I don't feel threatened by any championship club for Robins whatsoever. Not sure why people are shitting themselves so much.
That said, the fact he hasn't been tapped up by a PL club is a bit interesting.
