Nice cosy stadium and the support they get makes a great atmosphere.

Good team spirit, no mega money spent but investment in the right places and a tidy team with pace in the right places and strength up front.

Makes you wonder how great the days out at Highfield rd in the Premiership were.

Huckerby scoring the winner against United...

Those cheeky Noel Whelan chips...

The classic Dublin headers...

Robbie Keane debut brace...

Oh well... the memories

Incredible over-achievement when you look at the players in the squad and what they cost. I mean don't get me wrong, they look like billionaires compared to us, but Crofts and Morrison were in the BSP a few years ago, Holt, Jackson, Martin (the ex Wycombe one), Tierney-all in L2 2 years ago, Fox didn't make the team at Blackpool, Ward on a free from us..only Prem signing of note was Ruddy from Everton reserves..and all this with Leon "50p head" Barnett in the side! What a manager.

What i do admire how they have done things to get back into the prem.

At the end of the day i believe the biggest reason is because the club is owned and managed by directors who are real fans!

Ward and Barnett

Both players criticised heavily at times by Cov fans but Lambert obviously saw something in them.
Lesson: fans' judgement often flawed

Great fans, non stop singing and a pleasure to talk to before the game.
The last game of the season was one of the loudest games I have ever been to, immense.

As good as Norwich were ,steve bruce looks in a spot of bother ,his players did'nt seem to have much desire ,maybe they just need time after so many changes ,but those players should have more in their locker

Having grown up with us having many a great game against Norwich, remember the 5-4? I envy them moe than any other club because I know they and we are very similar. Same kind of catchment. Same number of fans. So when they do well I see the possibilities, and when they are down I am thankful. I think someone's remark about judgemental fans is right because Ward was good. I thnk someone said about passionate directors who are fans, which is right. Our day will come. I just hope I'm around to see it.

yes our day will come when we all win the lottery and buy the club, other than that we will be waiting a long long time! Another good win for Norwich yesterday!

Yes, I am normally right about such matters.

With regards to "passionate directors who are fans", I am not so sure. Bill Kenwright is a passionate Everton fan but is coming under increasing pressure from fans because of the lack of investment in the squad.

Kenwright, in many ways, has done nothing wrong and is constrained because the club can't afford to spend any more money.

But too many fans see football only in terms of transfer market activity.

Being passionate about Everton has delivered Kenwright neither more money, popularity or relative success.
