Norwich Medical department - 10.

So close to getting them the 3 points. Shame…

What about his take out of the air, just before our goal. That was quality. The other thing he does is help increase the tempo of the whole team.

Thomas couldn’t have complained if he got dragged at half time - all over the fucking place. I like both of them but not a calm head between them. Both rile each other up and then just give away stupid fouls.

Passed it to MVE who eventually set up our goal?

Glad you thought that about Wright. For their goal he literally needed to stretch and he would've affected the ball. Not saying he would've stopped the goal but it would've changed it a bit. He missed ab open goal in a similar fashion

Attacking wise we were very good, but still shaky at times at the back. Interesting to see if Woolfenden comes in next game.

Rudoni had a bit of an off day I thought and yet still looks a class above at times. Torp and Grimes were decent

I’m not sure he had a touch of the ball where he didn’t attempt a stepover

On another day we win it by 3 or 4

I think Rushworth should do better for their goal though

Dong understand the low scores for our CBs, the goal wasn't their fault and they were fine.

Lots of 7s for me, motm prob Dasilva or Ephron, especially first half had them on toast down that side.

Won't be long. Kitch gets yet another totally avoidable booking kicking the ball away.

That was a frustrating booking, and I think a decent team would have used that more to their advantage.

I am a fan of Kitching though, but interested to see what Woolfenden will bring to the team.
Haven't seen much of the new signings yet

I'd get rid of Thomas he's a liability

Not sure about that but those phases wouldn't have happened if BTA hadn't won the ball and laid it off

He’s not, he’s a good player at this level but him and Kitching have poor discipline. Picking up way too many yellows, some early on in games which means they can’t risk a tackle.

Funny how BTA is shit and Sakamoto gets 7s but things happen when BTA is there. I'll be controversial and say I don't think we would have scored 7 against QPR if Sakamoto had been playing. I like him, and he is exciting to watch, but while he's faffing about on the wing, the defence sorts itself out and the mid-field covers back.

It was a weird game to asses individual players. Some things they each did were 9, some things were 2.

28 shots sounds like the midfield/strikers did well and one shot on target for the opposition sounds like the defence did well, but...!

Grimes probably motm, though -1 for panicking me into thinking he'd fked his shoulder in the second half

Well we had an xG of 1.27 against QPR which meant that we didn't particularly create much, in fact we only created 1 "big chance" but were ridiculously clinical.

We had an xG of 4.02 today with Sakamoto playing, meaning we created way more high quality chances including 7 big chances but we couldn't bit a barn door.

Haji was really missing shots in the warm up practice, form he took with him into the game.
Before the QPR game every warm up shot he tried was slotted smoothly into a corner.

Torp & Rudoni's practice shots were not any better.

I thought Rudoni and Torp were not very good today along with Tatso.
