Everyone expects us to lose this anyway and we seem so impotent up front, especially without the two/three injured attackers. I'd even be happy to Allen given a go, I think he's always solid and seems to have been unfairly sidelined this season...

Exactly this, people will slate him, but how is he expected to get going. Despite the obvious Simms trolls, most on here can see that he did well at Cardiff and was the better of a bad bunch. Dropped after scoring against Watford, dropped after scoring and finally looking like he was getting going against Luton. Very much a confidence player, but gets dropped again.How is Simms expected to get going this year if he’s barely playing?
