Worrying lack of belief in those comments from Lampard.Coventry manager Frank Lampard told BBC Radio CWR:
"We gifted them their goals. If you do that in the Championship you lose games. If you defend sloppily and make mistakes, teams score against you.
"We created enough chances to score more goals but didn't. Defensive errors are a problem, something we've been good at this season.
"It was a great finish, good goal, and we went in at half time 1-0, so that's positive, but we came out [in the second half] and gave them some momentum.
"Some games aren't easy to control in the Championship. We had more possession than them, and created enough chances, but games are always won in both boxes.
"It's not easy to come here on a Monday night against a team in good form and try to control every aspect of the game."
And we’ll beat sheff utd away, it’s the cov thing to doYep, win at QPR we've taken 9 from 4 which is still a good outcome. We had a better xG and could easily have been 2:1 up when we gave away a goal. Could easily have taken a point. QPR won't be happy after the last result but why shouldn't it all come together again at our new favourite oppo?

How did you get hold of Saturday’s team sheet?“So I thought let’s not even bother trying and instead play 316 for the lols”
Two of those away. The first 4 are more important. Win 3 of those including Boro and we’re laughing- and QPR/Oxford/WBA are very beatable.
On replay, got a whack in the face just as he was about to head it as well unfortunately. He was also held down for the header
That’s probably more the case tonight than recent games. But generally they are the sacrificial lambs in a kamikaze systemCourse they can if you’ve got the right ones, instead we’ve got cart horses who can’t run or pass a ball, if they did the basics tonight we win that, it’s that simple, just silly mistakes again,

Again though, what legs and where if we setup like we did tonightNot sure what the answer is, feel like we need some legs in the midfield around Grimes. Grimes and Torp just being over run every week.
I just felt we were static in the box when an excellent ball was delivered.Wright did more than ok
Wright or emcs efforts go in we’d all be laughing
Massively. Not sure what the answer is, feel like we need some legs in the midfield around Grimes. Grimes and Torp just being over run every week.
They are the least of issues from tonight. On replay, got a whack in the face just as he was about to head it as well unfortunately.
Thought he could have left Wright on as we were behind, he'd had a good game. I've already seen people blaming Wright and Simms on Twitter, that's no surprise though, they are default mode for blame.
Our problems were far from the front line this evening.
We are desperate for a tough player in the middle. At the moment we are seriously lacking someone who is going to take a game by the scruff of the neck.
Maybe, Maybe not but i'll be at all 3 games. You coming along to try and support they team when they need us?No chance of that
I'm there every week.Maybe, Maybe not but i'll be at all 3 games. You coming along to try and support they team when they need us?
At the moment you would think Oxford are the only one we are likely to win, QPR and WBA are away matches and we're not getting any points away at the moment and Boro would hammer us if the game is played on recent form. The first 4 are more important. Win 3 of those including Boro and we’re laughing- and QPR/Oxford/WBA are very beatable.
Get what you mean, it was actually a bit embarrassing tonight being top of the league and that’s how we defend, but we’ve been like it for 2 seasons, I put us on my Acca every week, £ 30 both teams to score, I’m doing ok unsurprisinglyThat’s probably more the case tonight than recent games. But generally they are the sacrificial lambs in a kamikaze system
I think we’ll get at least 8 pointsAt the moment you would think Oxford are the only one we are likely to win, QPR and WBA are away matches and we're not getting any points away at the moment and Boro would hammer us if the game is played on recent form.
Wouldn't be a surprise to have 4 or less from the first 4 of those matches.
Bottling this promotion seriously hurts after the last few seasons I think that’ll be it.
Be hard to motivate myself to go to be honest
If you don't think that you as a team are capable of taking control of a game against a team just outside the relegation zone that's a concern. Yes it isn't easy but he should expect better and he doesn't seem to.Log off lol
Their recent results suggest they're extremely difficult to beat at the moment. Probably won't win enough to stay up, but playing them will probably be an extremely frustrating game to watch. We will definitely be top when we play Oxford I guess so lets hope that ushers in a new dawn
Would be brilliant, not sure what you are basing the prediction on other than hope and sky blue tinted glasses.I think we’ll get at least 8 points
Torp looked done after 60 mins, just about got the free kick in the box at the end, it’s a simple fix, we need 3 goals a gameNot sure what the answer is, feel like we need some legs in the midfield around Grimes. Grimes and Torp just being over run every week.
Most definitely. We are capable of playing some really good football, the trouble has been for a while that if even one player is not fully fit or off their game, we get pulled apart. Particularly in the middle, and other teams have picked up on it.They are the least of issues from tonight.
Fuck off mate. Seriously fuck off.

Boro will go top at the CBS if not earlier
Leicester are shite and their first half performance against us was a massive outlier. Two of those away.
We are fucking woeful at the moment.
Oxford won at Leicester on Saturday.
Norwich are one of the form sides in the league under their new manager. If you don't think that you as a team are capable of taking control of a game against a team just outside the relegation zone that's a concern. Yes it isn't easy but he should expect better and he doesn't seem to.
